At 'AiSupervisor', we understand that your research is your most valuable asset. This policy is our pledge to protect your privacy, explaining with full transparency the limited data we handle.
1. Data We Collect and Why
We collect only the minimum necessary for the service: (A) Account Data: Name, email, and encrypted password to establish your identity. (B) Contact Data: Information you voluntarily share when contacting support. (C) Security Data: We automatically process 'Device Fingerprint' and IP address strictly for security purposes (fraud prevention and account protection), never for ad tracking.
2. Where Do My Research Texts Go? (No Storage Policy)
We do NOT store your research inputs (titles, abstracts, discussions) in our databases. This data remains temporarily in your browser (Client-side) and vanishes upon refreshing the page or logging out. Texts are sent for real-time processing via encrypted channels to the AI model and returned to you, without us retaining a copy.
3. Cookies
We use only essential cookies to ensure you remain logged in and to save your personal preferences (such as language and dark mode). We do not use cookies for marketing purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We never sell your data. We may share minimal technical data (like email during payment) with trusted service providers solely for operational purposes, all bound by strict confidentiality standards.
5. Your Rights and Full Control
You have full control over your digital footprint with us. You can permanently delete your account at any time via the 'Danger Zone' in your profile. Upon deletion, your account data (name and email) is immediately and irreversibly erased from our servers.
